At Sally's Driving School, our driving instructors are flexible and adaptable giving you all the help and support you need making your driving course a pleasurable learning experience. We organise the course and test bookings for you. All you have to do is drive!
12 Hour Introductory Intensive Course With Theory and Hazard Perception Test
Sally's perfect course for beginners with little or no driving experience and no theory test pass certificate.
This introductory course enables your instructor to assess the level of further tuition you may require to achieve the DSA standard.
On completion your instructor can tailor a course for you. See 'Tailored Course' below for details.
This course may be taken as:
- 3 x 4 hour blocks, or
- 2 x 6 hour blocks
This course includes the DSA theory and hazard perception test fee.

10 Hour Intensive Course
A good all rounder, this course is ideal for someone who feels confident about their progress and may be taken as:
- 2 x 5 hour blocks
You need to pass the theory and hazard perception test enabling us to book your practical driving test.
The cost for this course is in addition to the DSA Practical Driving Test fees.

30 Hour Intensive Course
The extra hours included in this course are intended for someone with little experience who would benefit from extra tuition.
The course may be taken as:
- 6 x 5 hour blocks
- 5 x 6 hour blocks

The cost for this course is in addition to the DSA Practical Driving Test fees.

Fast Track - Tailored Course
If you prefer, we can arrange for you to take an initial lesson with one of Sally's instructors to assess an appropriate amount of intensive hours to meet the required DSA standard.
Initial Tailored Course Lesson Prices (may be paid on the day):
- £40.00 for a 2 hour assessment lesson
After the initial lesson, your Sally's instructor can arrange a course especially tailored for you. Your instructor will then provide you with a course plan giving details of total time, cost and practical driving test details. Once agreed, your Sally's instructor will make all the arrangements and bookings at a time to suite.
Block booked course fees and the DSA driving test fee must be paid in advance. All payments are made direct to your Sally's instructor. If you wish to pay by credit card, your chosen instructor will send you an invoice via PayPal who make a small charge for this service.
NOTE: As a learner, you must hold a Provisional Licence to drive on a public highway.
If you currently do not hold one, you may still be able to take driving lessons off-road by prior arrangement.
