Sally's Driving School provides trailer towing courses to any driver with a full UK driving licence.
Licence requirements
If you passed your UK practical driving test before 1 January 1997,
you are entitled to drive a vehicle towing a trailer with some restrictions.
If you passed after this date,
you will need to take a supplementary trailer towing test (Category E) before you can tow a trailer, caravan or horsebox.
Sally's courses are suitable for anyone considering:
- towing trailers
- towing horse boxes
- towing caravans
Before embarking on a towing excercise, it is a good idea to have an assessment trailer towing lesson with a Sally's trailer towing training instructor whatever your previous knowledge.
Sally's trailer towing training courses are the ideal precursor to your trailer towing test.
